At Cleanable we believe that good working relationships are built from communication.

We supply each site with a comments book for the cleaning staff to check on a regular basis, so if it's a query or request that might be out of the ordinary we can guarantee it will be addressed.

Cleanable Property Services will provide and complete regular Quality Inspections, via forms that are specifically based on the site's specifications as per the contract's agreements. These Quality Inspections are then graded at intervals detailed within the specifations. Quality Inspections can be completed monthly or quarterly accompanied by the client or done independantly. All completed inspections are dates, and signed by the Operations Manager and co-signed by the Site Supervisor. They are specifically used to measure our level of on-going service and quality.
